About PDGPT: Who Runs PDGPT
PDGPT is built and run by Abid Ali, its founder. He builds and checks the calculators on this site. He built PDGPT because everyday questions — a loan payment, a daily calorie total, a grade conversion — should have a quick, plain answer without an account, a download, or a fee.
If a result looks wrong, or a tool does not work as expected, please report it through the Contact PDGPT page. Say which calculator you used, what you entered, and what result you saw. That detail makes the error easier to find and fix.
About PDGPT: What We Do
PDGPT publishes calculators in seven clear categories: Finance, Health, Math, Home, Education, Converters, and Age/Time. Each calculator is a working tool, not just an article. You enter a few numbers, tap a button, and the result appears at once. Every tool page also shows the formula it uses, worked examples you can check by hand, and answers to common questions, so you can understand the result instead of just trusting it.
Our Finance tools include a home loan calculator, a compound interest calculator, a discount calculator, and a reverse sales tax calculator. Our Health tools cover daily calories and water intake. Our Math tools cover percentage increase and exponents. Our Home tools help with tiles, wallpaper, and roof area. Our Education tools cover semester grades, and our Converters turn a GPA into a percentage and back again. Our Age/Time section offers a countdown timer for any date.
About PDGPT: Who We Serve
PDGPT is written in plain American English for visitors in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada. American spelling and US units — pounds, inches, feet, gallons, and Fahrenheit — are the default, and metric units stay easy to switch to where a tool offers both. You can enter pounds or kilograms, feet or meters, and liters or cups, depending on what you normally use.
You do not need to be good at math to use PDGPT. Each page explains its inputs in plain words, gives a worked example, and shows the result in a clear box. If you are a student, a homeowner, a shopper, or simply someone checking a number quickly, the tools are built for you.
About PDGPT: How the Tools Work
Every calculator on PDGPT runs in your own browser. That means the numbers you enter stay on your device and are not sent to us, stored on our servers, or used to build a profile about you. There is no sign-up, no account, and no personal information required to use any tool. This keeps the tools fast, private, and simple.
Results are estimates based on standard, published formulas, such as the Mifflin-St Jeor equation for daily calories and the standard amortization formula for loan payments. Before a tool is published, and when a formula changes, its result is checked against the published formula and against a worked example done by hand. Results are useful for planning and checking, but they are not a substitute for professional financial, medical, or construction advice. Our Disclaimer page explains this in full, and it is worth reading before you make an important decision based on a result.
About PDGPT: Why PDGPT Is Free
PDGPT is free because calculators should be simple and open to everyone. We keep the site lightweight, with no heavy extras, so pages load quickly on a phone or a computer, even on a slow connection. We do not sell paid tools, and we do not ask you to start a trial or a subscription to see a result. If a tool ever asks for payment, it is not part of PDGPT, and you should not trust it.
We improve the site by adding useful tools, keeping formulas accurate, and making pages easy to read on small screens.
About PDGPT: Trust and Privacy
Trust matters for a site that deals with numbers people rely on. PDGPT does not make fake claims, does not publish invented reviews, and does not hide its limitations. Where a result depends on an assumption, such as a loan result covering principal and interest only, the page says so clearly. Our Privacy Policy explains what little information the site does handle, and our cookie notice gives you a simple choice about cookies. For general background on calculators, see Wikipedia’s article on calculators.
To start using the tools, return to the PDGPT homepage and choose a calculator by category. To ask a question or report a problem, use the Contact PDGPT page. To understand how results should be used, read the Disclaimer and the Terms of Service.
